Meet the Band!

 

Cole Peterson - Bass 

Mr. Peterson is a bassist and multi-instrumentalist. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Whitworth University. He plays with various bands in Spokane such as The Justin James Band, Funky Unkle, and Kaitlyn Wiens. Mr. Peterson teaches at Gonzaga Prep (Choir, Guitar) and is Director of Worship at Audubon Park United Methodist Church. He is in demand as a session musician around the country.

 

Brendan McMurphy - Drums

Mr. McMurphy is a drummer and trumpeter. He holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in music from Washington State University. Mr. McMurphy teaches at Spokane Falls Community College (trumpet), has taught at Whitworth (jazz combos), and is the head coach for Spokane All-City Jazz. He frequently performs on both trumpet and drums in many small and large groups throughout the Inland Northwest.

 

 

Davis G. Hill - Piano #2 

Mr. Hill is a pianist, composer, and CEO/Director of Modern Orpheus LLC (including Peak Piano Studios). He holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in music from Eastern Washington University. Mr. Hill teaches at EWU (Theory, Jazz Piano) and North Idaho College (Jazz Piano, Composition). He is an active educational presenter and is on the Education Board of Music Teachers National Association.
